About Our Work
We specialize in quantitative analysis. Our offerings include routine analysis at assay and trace levels, method development in a variety of matrices, method transfer, and method validation. We have developed and validated methods on:

• human plasma, serum, brain, and urine
• various animal matrices including liver and kidney
• numerous crops including fruits, vegetables, cereals, et al.
• processed foods
• soils
• waste water and drinking water
• industrial chemicals, e.g., polymers, oil -sizings, etc.

We are certified by the NJDEP for the analysis of PFOA in waste water, and we are expanding our certification.

Instrumentation
Our instrumentation has been validated for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

   • LC-MS/MS. Our three triple-quadrupole instruments (two Sciex API 4000™
    systems and one Agilent 6410 system) are targeted for trace-level analysis.

   • GC-MS (EI) and GC-FID. We use a Thermo DSQ™ II system.

   • LC-UV. Our Agilent 1100 is equipped with a diode array detector for non-trace-level work.

   • ELISA. Our Tecan Infinite^® F200 microplate reader handles both colorimetric and fluorescence detection.

   • ACCELERATED SOLVENT EXTRACTOR. Our Dionex ASE^® 350 is a patented system for the extraction of
    solid and semisolid samples using common solvents at elevated temperatures and pressures.

In the hands of our analysts, this instrumentation will deliver highly specific methods, increased sensitivity, and shorter analysis times.

GLP Compliance
Collectively, we have many decades of experience delivering studies on time, on target, and in compliance with EPA and FDA requirements. Our lab staff is thoroughly trained in Good Laboratory Practices. Our internal Quality Assurance staff maintains membership in the Society of Quality Assurance. Also, we periodically contract to external auditing firms and consultants to cross-check for total compliance in all details. Compliance was demonstrated in EPA audit with no GLP findings. We also routinely host QA audits from our clients.
